My client, a well-established property management company is currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist.
Your day-to-day duties will involve.
- Meeting and greeting clients and being the first point of contact for the company
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Email management
- Filing, scanning, invoicing and other typical admin duties
- Keeping lobby area clean and tidy
- Booking meeting rooms
To succeed in this role you have some experience in similar role ideally in a corporate setting. You will have a warm and welcoming personailty and excellent people skills. You will be a fluent English speaker. You will be proficent in Microsoft Office and have great organisational skills.
