Sector Office Support (Receptionist)

Job Description

My client, a well-established property management company is currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist.

Your day-to-day duties will involve.

  • Meeting and greeting clients and being the first point of contact for the company
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Email management
  • Filing, scanning, invoicing and other typical admin duties
  • Keeping lobby area clean and tidy
  • Booking meeting rooms

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you have some experience in similar role ideally in a corporate setting. You will have a warm and welcoming personailty and excellent people skills. You will be a fluent English speaker. You will be proficent in Microsoft Office and have great organisational skills.

Salary: €26,000.00-€27,000.00 per year
