Foreman / Carpenter
Total Solutions – Dublin City Centre, County Dublin
We currently have an opening for a working foreman with a carpentry background for a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
This job will involve working for my client directly on a permanent, long term basis, this is not an agency position.
Ideal candidates should have a Carpentry Trade Qualification, the job will mainly involve working as a foreman and keeping the site running but when things are quiet it will be required that you get hands on when needed, you should also be able to read drawings and have previous experience as a foreman with regards to maintaining health and safety on the site / completion of any required paperwork and the ability to organise the various trades on site to push the job forward
My Client has a number of sites located in Dublin City Centre, when the initial job completes you will be moved on to the next one, the initial job will be on a residential site followed by a full strip out and conversion of a 400sq/m building into 10 x Apartments
The indicated salary range for this role is set at between €60,000-€65,000 per year plus a Fuel Card and package
