Job Description
My Client, a highly reputable traditional-style Bar, located near Dublin, currently has an urgent requirement for an experienced Bar staff for a full-time, permanent, long-term role.
This is not a temporary or agency position and will involve working directly for my client on their own books on a permanent basis.
Successful applicants should have a minimum of 2+ years of previous experience running a similar type of licensed premises that serves only Drinks, Food experience is not necessary for this position.
Strong knowledge of beers, wines, etc, and a friendly, outgoing personality are essential for the role. You will also be tasked with ensuring the profitability of the business and will be responsible for driving the business forward into the future. You will also be responsible for ordering stock, cashing up the tills, doing rosters etc
The salary range for the role is fully negotiable and will fully depend on both experience and suitability for the role
This role is also long term and my client is looking to hire somebody they can invest in and will stick around to develop the business long term
