JOB DESCRIPTION
Total Solutions are currently recruiting a Sous/Head Chef in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick on behalf of a leading Catering Services Provider for an immediate start.
Duties:
• Take responsibility for Menu Planning and Inventory
• Ensure that the preparation, presentation and service of Food is carried out to the highest standard
• Perform any reasonable request as instructed by the Unit Manager
• Ensuring the food is produced within budget guidelines.
Requirements:
• Haccp & Manual Handling Training (can be provided if required)
• Flexibility
• At least two years experience as a Chef
• Knowledge of Industry Best Practices
• Currently residing in Ireland
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Expected Hours:
39 per week
