They are currently seeking dedicated Recovery Drivers to join their dynamic team in Dublin and Cork. Position Overview:

As a Recovery Driver, you will be a vital part of the team, responsible for assisting customers by safely recovering and transporting their vehicles. With a base salary of €40,600 and the potential to earn up to €59,000 with overtime and performance bonuses, this role offers a 40-hour working week, clear rosters, and seasonal overtime. You’ll enjoy the freedom of working on the road, meeting customers, and delivering top-notch service.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

There will be huge opportunities for upskilling, personal progression and development within this role, my client is known for investing in and really looking after their staff, a large number of staff who work there are with the company long term which only happens if things are right internally.

Responsibilities:

• Safely recover and transport vehicles from various locations in Dublin and Cork.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during vehicle recovery.
• Maintain and manage recovery vehicles and equipment.
• Complete accurate documentation of recovery services provided.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards.
• Work within scheduled shifts and manage seasonal overtime.

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence with a clean record.
• Previous experience in vehicle recovery or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and flexibility for various shifts and overtime.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
