JOB DESCRIPTION

My client, is a leading provider of custom joinery and woodworking solutions, specializing in a diverse range of projects for commercial, residential, and architectural clients, is currently seeking a skilled Joinery Project Manager

Position Overview:


As a Joinery Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing and managing joinery projects from start to finish. This role entails collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be essential in planning, executing, and successfully delivering joinery projects, guaranteeing client satisfaction and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

Enjoy a competitive salary range of €40,000 to €60,000 along with a flexible work-life balance, featuring working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm, and an early finish on Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 5 years in the joinery industry.
• At least 3 years of experience with CAD software.
• Proven 3 years or more in managing joinery projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:


• Oversee all phases of joinery projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Coordinate with designers, craftsmen, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure all work meets the company’s high standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update project performance reports regularly.
• Address project-related issues promptly to prevent delays and additional costs.
• Manage accurate records of drawings, RFIs, and other project documents.
