As a Food and Beverage Assistant your duties will include:

Duties:

• Greeting Customers in a polite and professional manner
• Preparing the service area and service points
• Serving Food and Beverages in accordance with Haccp procedures and Responsible Service of Alcohol practices
• Ensure that personal presentation is neat and tidy and that uniform is in keeping with the standards & expectations of the premises.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar enviornment is essential
• Good standard of spoken English
• Haccp certification and understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol Practices are an advantage although training can be provided.
