My client, a leading organization at the forefront of renewable energy solutions and construction innovation, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to join their team based in Dublin.

Position Overview:

As the Construction Project Lead, you will will oversee and deliver retrofit construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a proven track record in site management, a strong understanding of construction processes, and exceptional leadership skills

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with a starting salary of €50,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in impactful projects while advancing their career in a progressive organization.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in retrofit construction projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Certification in construction management or a related field is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conducts site visits to gather measurements, photographic records, and quantify work using an in-house app.
• Prepares accurate work estimates, job sheets, and supporting sketches.
• Plans, manages, and oversees all aspects of retrofit construction projects.
• Coordinates with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Monitors quality, ensuring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
• Manages site teams, resolves challenges, and ensures client satisfaction.
• Oversees material procurement and equipment use on-site.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations and SR54 Code of Practice is advantageous; training provided as needed.
