My client, a leading Dublin-based building contractor with over 25 years of experience, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised *Systems Administrator / Document Controller* to support business operations based in Dublin Position Overview: As the *Systems Administrator / Document Controller*, you will play a central role in supporting the daily operations of a *busy construction office*. Working closely with management, site teams, and internal departments, this role is responsible for overseeing company systems, ensuring efficient *document control*, and managing *key administrative functions*.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in handling multiple priorities. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Dublin 7, offering a structured Monday to Friday schedule *(8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 4:00 PM finish on Fridays)*. The role offers a competitive salary of *€42,000 to €48,000 per year*, depending on experience.

This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly. Requirements: - A minimum of *3 years’ experience* in a senior office administration role - Previous experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential - *Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365* (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word) - Strong written communication and presentation skills - Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills and time management - Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team - *Fluent English*, both written and spoken - Professional and confident *telephone manner* Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and system support across key business areas including Operations, Site Support, Office Management, Fleet, Training, Health & Safety, and Tenders - Manage document control processes, particularly for subcontractors and compliance-related materials - Maintain and improve company systems and internal procedures - Ensure documentation and records are accurate, accessible, and up to high standards - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support seamless operations Benefits: - Salary between *€42,000 and €48,000*, depending on experience - 20 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays - *CWPS pension scheme and sick pay* - Access to the TaxSaver Commuter Ticket and Bike to Work scheme - On-site staff room and secure bike storage facilities
