Total Solutions are currently seeking a talented and diligent Sous Chef on behalf of our client, a market leader in the Catering Industry, to work in a state of the art facility in Cork. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, forward thinking individual who is capable to collaborating effectively with other team members. This role is primarily daytime hours. Duties: - Food Preparation & creation of Menu's. - Working closely with the Executive Chef. - Taking ownership of all aspects of the Kitchen's running in the absence of the Head Chef. - Observation of other team members in Food Preparation. - Delegating tasks to other members of Kitchen Staff. - Produces high quality plates both in terms of taste and design. We need an experienced C1 Truck Driver to join our client who is a reputable beverage industry specialist based in Rathcoole, County Dublin. They are currently preparing for their busy season which will last until October.
Company hours vary from 07:00 AM-16:00 PM and 13:00 PM-21:00 PM, with flexibility as needed. Weekend availability required. Overtime hours are expected and this temporary role may become permanent.
As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in the transportation of goods for our client. Your responsibilities will include: - Safely operating box body and curtain side trucks. - Adhering to delivery schedules and routes. - Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of vehicles. - Communicating effectively with dispatch and other team members. Our client, a well-renowned environmental company, is currently seeking experienced bin truck drivers to join their team. Position Overview: As a bin truck driver, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of waste collection and disposal. Operating specialized vehicles, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently collecting bins from residential and commercial areas in the Midlands region. This is an immediate start position, offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly. Responsibilities: - Safely operate bin trucks to collect waste from designated routes. - Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and during waste collection. - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks as needed. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient waste collection. - Maintain accurate records of waste collection activities and report any issues or incidents promptly. Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Previous experience operating bin trucks or similar heavy vehicles. - Knowledge of waste collection procedures and safety protocols. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work PM shifts and weekends as required. They are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Site Engineer with experience in setting out to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. Position Overview: As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: - Conducting site set-out and measurements to ensure accurate implementation of project designs. - Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. - Overseeing construction activities to ensure they comply with specifications and quality standards. - Monitoring progress and providing regular reports to project stakeholders. - Problem-solving and addressing any technical issues that may arise during construction. - Contributing to the implementation of health and safety protocols on the construction site. - Using advanced surveying equipment, including Topcon and Total Station, to ensure precise measurements and layout. - Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and industry best practices.
